My name is Rana, I am 45 years old, and I work the field of psychology. I have always been the one helping others through their emotional pain, but today, in the midst of devastation and despair, I am the one in desperate need of support. I am a mother of four children and they are my entire world. One day, during the b0mbing in Gaza, a missile struck our home. It collapsed on top of us. By some miracle, we survived, but our lives have changed forever. I lost my hearing completely due to the explosion. Now, I live in a painful silence only interrupted by the sound of my own crying. My youngest son, Hashem, just 13 years old, suffered a severe injury to his leg. He underwent an initial surgery, but it was not enough. Doctors say he urgently needs advanced treatment abroad to repair the damaged tissues and prevent permanent disability. He can no longer walk right now. Today, my husband and I are unemployed. We try to stay strong for our children, but the situation has become unbearable. We have no food, no medicine, and no water.

My name is Kyla. I’m a 20 year old college student from Maine and I made this fundraiser to help Rana and her family get basic necessities in Gaza. Rana and her family have been without a fundraiser for years, and rely on mutual aid during this gen0cide and famine. All money donated to this campaign will be sent directly to Rana and her family for food, water, shelter, and medicine.
